The woman who traps you into conversation just found my office... the most popular phrase I hear from the lay leadership is - do you think the teens could (fill in some task they're not responsible for).
Is the youth ministry the people group that everyone dumps their responsibilities on? Seems like we the church want programs to happen yet are lost in the effort to instill their own hearts to take action.
